TRANSMISSION SYSTEM WITH RETARDER METHOD FOR LUBRICATING THE TRANSMISSION SYSTEM AND MOBILE MACHINE WITH RETARDER INTEGRATION

A transmission system with a retarder comprising an input transfer gear housing connected to the retarder, wherein the retarder shaft is connected to the input transfer gear shaft by splines, at the center of the input transfer gear shaft is provided a longitudinal passage one end of which is communicated with a longitudinal through passage at the center of the retarder shaft and the other end of which is in liquid communication with the input transfer gear housing. By rendering the input transfer gear case and the retarder in an integral design, may not only retard the vehicle speed but also substantially reduce wear and damage to a braking system and a power system of vehicle. Such retarder, as a modular component of the transmission system, may be conveniently detached from transmission system for maintenance and service.
