R.Velmurugan formula is about light and shadow, light is a electromagnetic wave hence we can generalize the R.Velmurugan formula to electromagnetic wave and it's absence .Like carno engine 1 (R.Velmurugan) ideally generalize my formula to electromagnetic wave and it's absence due to an electromagnetic wave insulator, hence derivation of Gauss law in electrostatics , Brewster law in optics,Poission equation ,Maxweli equation ,DeAlembertian and Laplace equation in electromagnetic theory is possible . Klein - Gordon equation, Schrodinger equation also can be derived from R.Velmurugan empirical shadow formula. when a light source receding from shadowing making object ,the angle of incidence of light on the object decrease hence shadow length increase , when a light source approaching to shadowing making object ,the angle of incidence of light on the object increase hence shadow length decrease.the forewritten facts are effect of Doppler effect in R.Velmurugan's empirical shadow formula.
