The present invention discloses a novel fungal based biopesticide formulation comprising of Trichoderma harzianum and Paecilomyces lilacinus as the fungal bioagent for the effective control of plant pathogenic fungi and root knot nematode diseases. A botanical antagonist Phyllanthus niruri grown as neglected with fungicidal and nematicidal properties is used as one of the component of the biopesticide formulation. The plant adjuvant, Acacia arabica gum is used for the specific sticking function. The peat with anticoagulant and soil conditioning properties is used as the carrier for the biopesticide formulation. ,
