The present invention represents an economic liquid soap dispenser to use remnant or wasted soap bar pieces. Liquid dispenser of the present invention comprises reservoir pot, removable closure plug or any kind of widely open able upper part of embodiment, funnel or any kind of filter fixed at the end of push pump so that during the process of soap pieces being melted to mash and then complete usable liquid, the bigger mash part would not be able to climb in the pump, push pump or direct "foam" making pump and baffles or obstacles. The present invention also relates to method of using the same.
