A chemical composition for stopping the leakage of seepage of water and a process of manufacturing the said composition. The composition can be used for- arresting leakage without alteration of the existing structure or breakage of structure. It is a process for arresting leakage using a non -toxic and non- corrosive material. The natural physical and chemical properties of water are being used in the process.
