A METHOD AND A DEVICE FOR DETERMINATION OF CHANGES IN FUNDUS OCULI, BEFORE DEVELOPMENT OF MACULA OLD-AGE DEGENERATION

A method for determination of changes in fundus oculi, before development of macula old-age degeneration, is performed by subjective examination of macula pigment density using optical properties of an eye retina. Device consists of light source 1, device for selection of definite spectrum 2 (diffraction grating, prism or absorption filter), dispersive screen 3, rotary polarisator 4.
