The invention relates to a method for determining the stability of a Methylenediamine, a Methylenediamine like compound, or a compound containing a Methylenediamine group in the presence of an amine ("Sao") sensitive to semicarbazine or a sample containing Sao activity. The method of the invention can be configured as a metering format for a high-speed screening application.
