The invention refers to medicine, particularly neurology and vertebrology.Summary of the method consists in that there are carried out regional selective infiltrations with a mixture containing a corticosteroid preparation of short or durable action - 1.0 ml, 10% lidocaine solution - 1.0 ml and 0.9% NaCl solution up to 15 ml, which is administered in three sessions with an interval of 2...7 days between them. At the first session the mixtures are bilaterally administered into the paracervical points, 2 cm laterally from the spinous process C7, there are introduced 2.5 ml at an angle of 45°, firstly in cranial direction, and then in caudal direction, afterwards there are administered 5.0 ml in the suprascapular point. At the second session there are administered 5.0 ml in the paracervical, suprascapular and axillary points on the side of the pain syndrome, and at the third session there are administered 5.0 ml in the suprascapular, axillary and brachioradial points on the side of the pain syndrome.
