The invention relates to a method for obtaining a cosmetic product from a concentrate of the tiger nut drink. The method is characterised in that: a) the tiger nut drink is mixed in a container, without sugar, with cosmetic ingredients and thermal deionised distilled water; b) surfactants are mixed with alcohol of molasses in a second container; c) the products obtained from the previous steps are mixed to produce a base concentrate; d) ultrasounds are applied to said base concentrate; and f) pharmaceutically acceptable excipients are added both to the base concentrate and to the cosmetic product obtained by said method.
