The mast i.e. electricity pylon (1) has a foot (4) affixed to the ground by a rolling resistance connection, where the mast is divided into a lower segment (5) and an upper segment (6) on top of the lower segment. A top element (7) is provided on top of the upper segment, where the top element acts as a housing for a rotor with blades.
