The device (1) has two levers (2,4) that are detachably connected, where one of the levers is pivotally arranged with another lever. The former lever comprises a circular segment disk (6) and a fixing unit (8). The fixing unit fixes a pipe to the former lever. The latter lever comprises a punch (15), where the pipe is clamped between a circumference of the circular segment disk and the punch. The punch is tangentially arranged with respect to the circular segment disk. A locking unit is utilized for locking the fixing unit to the former lever.
