Complex comprises icebreaker, tanker moored with its stern part to icebreaker stern, underwater pipeline with manifold, flexible hose connected to manifold, hoisting mechanism intended for transfer of flexible hose to tanker, service shaft of flexible hose arranged in hull of icebreaker stern part, cylindrical tube installed in service shaft of flexible hose with the possibility of its displacement in it, diving shaft arranged in icebreaker hull and diving stage installed with the possibility of its displacement in diving shaft. Complex is equipped with additional diving shaft arranged with transverse dimensions that are smaller than diametre of cylindrical tube, and with the possibility of its displacement inside cylindrical tube. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for improved safety and reliability of complex due to possibility for the second diver to go down as well. ^ 7 cl, 12 dwg
