Energy converting device that creates Brown gas by electrolysis using electric and magnetic fields as well as rotation of the water

An energy converting device is disclosed. The device comprises a gas generator (6) for the production of a hydrogen-oxygen mixture (brown gas), incorporating a reaction chamber (19) within which electrodes (29) are arranged. The reaction chamber (19) is rotationally-symmetrical with respect to an axis (18). The internal defining surface (20) of the reaction chamber (19) is formed in the region of the jacket (21) of the reaction chamber (19) at least in certain areas by internal electrode surfaces (30, 31) of electrodes (29). A rotor (32) is provided whose axis of rotation is aligned with the axis (18) of the reaction chamber (19). The working medium is supplied to the reaction chamber by way of an inlet connector (11) which is tangential to the wall of the reaction chamber (19). This assists the rotor to cause the working medium to rotate within the reaction chamber (19) helping the brown gas to be formed at the axis (18) of the reaction chamber (19). The generated brown gas is removed from the reaction chamber by an outlet (7). Use of an ultrasonic acoustic source, magnetic fields and infrared radiation to increase the generation of the brown gas is also disclosed as well as using a spherical reaction chamber.
