Disclosed is the use of a triazole compound of formula (I) wherein the substituents are defined as per the specification for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment or prophylaxis of physiological and/or pathophysiological conditions from a selected group as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is a triazole compound selected from a group and a pharmaceutical composition comprising said triazole compound.
