According to the invention, the cream comprises stearin, lanolin, glycerine, paraffin oil of the medol or cosmol type, olive oil, silicone oil, cetyl alcohol, buckthorn oil, oily watercress extract, wax. The process for preparing said cream consists in bath-heating the components up to melting, depending on their physical and chemical properties.
