According to the invention, the process consists of the alcoholic fermentation of a mixture consisting of 1...10 parts of distilled water or plant mixture decoction, 0.5...5 parts molasses or matured bee honey, 0.1...10 parts of a mixture of plant powders, 1 part of organic substances, in the presence of some metal powders with catalyst role, the fermentation initiator is added and the mixture is heated to a temperature of 30...40°C, for initiating fermentation, the plant powder is kept in suspension while stirring for 15...90 days, afterwards the obtained suspension is filtered and stabilized, wherefrom there results an active biological natural product. According to the invention, the product is a fermented liquid mineral-vegetal extract, having a density of 1...1.10 kg/dm, with a content of 15...25% non-distillable substance and an alcohol content of 4...12° volumetric proofs of alcohol.
