Method for modeling effect of migration of photon energy includes registration of luminescence of biological object and as biological object one uses water extraction of cryolyophilized skin 10 mkl of which is applied to spread on object plate polymer net made of non-woven material on polyamide and polyurethane basis. At that polymer net is taken with thickness of nano-fiber at least not more than 20 mkm, with dimensions of cells that do not exceed 50x50 mkm, and migration of photon energy is observed as separate pulse flashes for polarization fluorescence of adsorbed on nano-fiber surface multipeptide micro-crystals of extraction of cryolyophilized skin.
