摘要

Method for evaluation of disorder of lipid metabolism in cerebrum and blood plasma at experimental postoperative hypothyroidism through investigation of fat acid composition of lipids of cerebrum tissues and blood plasma. By means of gas-liquid chromatography one reveals changes of content of stearic fat acid and sum of poly-unsaturated fat acids with calculation of ratio of those by formula:=18:0/Sum of PNZK, where coefficient that characterizes lipid disorder;18:0 stearic fat acid, component part of myeline;Sum of PNZK sum of poly-unsaturated fat acids that includes essential fat acids, mostly arachidonic one. Value obtained is compared to control and at decrease of K one evaluates changes of lipid characteristics in cerebrum at encephalopathy caused by experimental hypothyroidism.
