METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF POLYNEUROPATHIA AT EXPERIMENTAL POSTOPERATIVE HYPOTHYROIDISM

Method for evaluation of polyneuropathia at experimental hypothyroidism through investigation of fat acid composition in blood plasma and tissues. One determines fat acid composition of tissue lipids of sciatic nerve and blood plasma by method of gas-liquid chromatography with reveal of change of content of palmitoleic fat acid and sum of unsaturated fat acids (NZK) with calculation of ratio of those by formula:= 16:1/Sum of NZK whereR coefficient that characterizes lipid disorder; 16:1 palmitoleic mono-unsaturated fat acid that is included to composition of NZK.After that one compares characteristics to control and at decrease of coefficient K one evaluates lipid disorder in sciatic nerve at experimental hypothyroidism.
