A method for prevention of intestinal complications at the use of enteral nutrition in the early postoperative period comprises the guiding of nasojuneal polychlorovynil probe behind the Treitz ligament at the closing stage of operative intervention and use of enteral nutrition in the early postoperative period with addition of drugs into the composition. In particular, the Espumizan (Simetikone) emulsion is used, which is entered into the probe before the enteral nutrition and added in a doze of 2 ml (80 mg) or 50 drops 3-5 times per day.
