METHOD FOR PREDICTING PROGRESSION OF HYPOMENSTRUAL SYNDROME IN ADOLESCENT GIRLS WITH EXCESSIVE BODY MASS

A method for predicting the progression of the hypomenstrual syndrome in the adolescent girls with the excessive body mass provides for assessing clinical and anamnestic signs. The level of the hormones, namely LH, FSH, E, L, TH, is estimated. The most informative signs are delineated and their prognostic significance is assessed. The sum of the prognostic coefficients less than 13 is suggestive of non-progression of the hypomenstrual syndrome, while the sum of the prognostic coefficients more than +6 suggests that the progression of the syndrome is highly probable.
