A method for the surgical treatment of the short intestine syndrome provides for deceleration of the chime passage and improvement of the nutrient absorption by generating the additional reservoir from the greater curvature of the stomach sparing its blood supply with retroperistaltic anastomosis between the distal end of enterostoma and the proximal end of colostoma.
