METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF CONTENT OF METABOLITES OF NITROGEN OXIDE IN BLOOD SERUM

摘要

Method for determination of content of metabolites of nitrogen oxide in blood serum by means of spectro-photometrical method. As solvent for standards and samples under investigation one uses distillated water, as reagent one uses N-1-naphthylene-diamine, reaction is carried out at temperature +4 °C, and optical density of anilities is measured at wavelength 536 nm.
