An apparatus for the external fixation for the reposition of the fragments of the long bones and compression-distraction osteosynthesis comprises the support elements and the rods connected with the aid of the threaded sleeve. The rods are connected with the support elements via the fixed spherical hinges. When the apparatus is installed in the injured limb, the rods provide the distraction. The support element is designed as quarters of the arches based on half-rings of Ilizarov's construction. The quarters of the arches are interconnected with the hinged inserts. The threaded sleeve is designed as the extended nut fixed with two retainer nuts.
