HEAT PUMP GRAIN DRYER

摘要

A heat pump grain dryer has four separated by direction of flow of drying agent zones (three of de-watering and one of cooling), separate flow circuits of heat carrier, heat exchangers of steam curing of drying agent and heat pump. On the shaft of the heat pump compressor a heat engine is installed, this is equipped with heat recovery units installed in the systems of exhaust gases and lubricant cooling and connected to heat exchangers for treatment of drying agent in the first and the second zone and evaporator and condenser of heat pump are installed in heat exchangers for treatment of drying agent of the fourth and third zone, respectively.
