A technique for septoplasty comprises the removal of the curved areas of the cartilage and bone of the nasal septum followed by cartilage reimplantation and suturing the leaves of the mucosa. Furthermore, the leaves of the mucosa are connected with the aid of the bipolar device with the high-frequency current providing the temperature of 40-70 °C at the site exposed to the current. The limited sites of the septum, 3-4 mmin area, spaced at the distance of 8- are exposed to the welding current.
