Method for determination of beta-cells of adenohypophysis includes fixation of hypophysis in cold acetone, bringing it to paraffin, preparation, dyeing of de-paraffined cuts is carried out with acetone solution of 8-/benzolsulfoniolamino/-hinoline with microscopic investigation of cuts. After that one immerses those to hot solution of caustic soda, with drying in air and investigation under luminescent microscope by yellow-green luminescence.
