摘要

A method for determination of a functional state of boar sperm is carried out by decolouration of methylene bluing solution in test of native sperm. Due to the certain optimum ratio of native sperm volume and a 0.02 percent of methylene bluing solution (4:1) and corresponding duration of decolouration of liquid functional activity of sperm is estimated.
