DEVICE FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE CONTROL OF QUALITY OF WORKS AT SLEEVE REPAIR OF PIPELINE

摘要

A device for non-destructive control of quality of operations at sleeve repair of pipelines includes indicators of parameters of pipeline and sleeve by information from which control of self-curing mass supercharger to under-sleeve space is produced. To the circuit measuring devices for mechanical circular loads are included, circuit for distribution and boundary device, at that the output of the first measuring device for mechanical circular stresses is connected to the first input of distribution circuit, output of the second measuring device is connected to the second input of the distribution circuit, output of distribution circuit is connected to the first input of boundary device second input of which is connected to output of threshold master, at that output of boundary device is connected to control input of the supercharger, besides that first measuring mechanical stresses device is installed on section of pipeline without sleeve and the second one on the surface of the sleeve.
