A method for synthesis of a sum of chemically modified peptides with antiviral properties, wherein firstly the enzymatic protein hydrolysis is carried out, and then acylation (alkylation) of prepared peptides and prepared sum of acylated oligopeptides is used for treatment of viral infections of humans and animals.
