A method for complex assessment of life quality of children with sincopal state at which in addition the complex clinic and instrumental and laboratory examination of patients is carried out, psychoemotional and vegetative status are estimated, then obtained data are entered into database of engineering tool, qualitative and quantitative assessment of each criterion and its components is performed, and life quality of children with sincopal state is determined under the formula:, - absolute parameter of life quality of a child with sincopal state in points,- absolute parameter of maximal assessment of life quality under the questionnaire,- parameter of life quality the child sincopal state in percentageand when value of this parameter is within the limits of 100-70 %, life quality of the child with sincopal state is determined as satisfactory, 69-31 % - as moderately lowered, 30 % and less - as significantly lowered.
