Method for determination of presence of cock roach allergens in premises includes preparation of dust extract of premises through adding to dry weight of phosphate buffer with following centrifugation and dialysis of supernatant obtained as to phosphate buffer, denaturation, implementation of separation of protein molecules. Treatment of supernatant of dust of premises extraction obtained with non-ionic detergent Triton-X 100 for removal of admixtures is carried out till rectification of proteins, rectification of protein molecules is carried out in system with propane, and dyeing of protein fractions obtained is carried out with solution of aloxan with following heating.
