PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detect the generation of specific mold species using only an atmosphere sample from a storage place without taking a storage material and culturing spores or mycelia of mold.;SOLUTION: A presence determination system of specific mold species comprises: an acquiring part of a presence determination function of specific mold species for creating a presence determination function of each mold species using analysis data on diffusion gas from a plurality of mold species; a determination value acquiring and processing part for setting analysis data on an atmosphere sample from a destination to be a detection target as an input value of the presence determination function of each mold species, thereby obtaining a determination value; an ROC analysis processing part for performing ROC analysis of the determination value to correspond, to "true", the determination value obtained from the presence determination function corresponding to specific mold species and to correspond, to "false", the determination value obtained from the other presence determination functions, thereby calculating an AUC value of specific mold species; and a specific mold species presence determination processing part for determining the presence of specific mold species on the basis of the AUC value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
