An oscillatory wheel propeller includes an engine, a transmission for power transmission to wheel propellers, the wheel propellers, at that a journal by pins and springs is connected to the axle through operational openings, bushings are mounted on the journals by thrust bearings, between which a bearing is mounted secured by the right and left bushings. The right bushing is fixed by an adjusting lid on the journal by a washer and a nut, and on the left bushing a heavy spoke is put, which by screws is rigidly secured on the bushing itself, and by the screws to the heavy spoke from one side a gravitational mass is attached, and from the other side by a stud, a nut and a flexible washer a cylinder is attached, into the bottom of which dispensing nozzles are pulled, which by means of flexible pipes and second dispensing nozzles are connected to the cylinders, in which springs are located for holding a piston and a rod with a flange, which by a stop is rigidly fastened on the heavy spoke. The cylinders are connected by the brackets and hinges with brackets, which by the nuts are fastened on the support arms rigidly fixed on the bushing, and the support levers on lower ends have cavities, into which the springs resting in the stocks are inserted. Into the sticks fingers are inserted, which are fixed by the flange and adjusting nut, and on the extended end of finger a roller is put, which is fixed by the nut. The rollers are based on the operating disk, and cylinder attached on the stud by its stock holds a brake shoe and a friction facing, which by the brackets and springs are attached to the bottom of cylinder in the lower position. On the upper end of heavy spoke an axial bolt is attached that by the adjusting nut and washer is centered in the opening of heavy spoke. On the free end of axial bolt through the bearing a tracking wheel is installed.
