PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ORGANIC FERTILIZERS OF NEW GENERATION BY THE METHOD OF VERMICULTIVATION

摘要

A process for the preparation of organic fertilizers of new generation by the method of vermicultivation comprises the industrial engineering of vermicultivation specifically to the conditions of Ukraine regions, which forsees the possibility of work of vermifarming in two technological regimes: vermicultivation work regime, directed to the growth of earthworms of industrial population, vermicomposting work regime, directed to the production of biohumus, vermifarming consists of four production sections, where balanced in volume and successively interdependent technological cycles for raw material treatment and manufacture of products are carried out. For calculation of optimal component ratio the content in them of nutritive substance, ratio N:C, acidity, moisture and substrate temperature are controlled, and the optimal moisture 70-80 %, temperature 19-28 °C, acidity 6-8 pH, oxygen content 11-14 %, all activities are carried out in correspondence with the developed production procedure.
