The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method for noninvasive determination of relative concentration of carboxyhemoglobin in arterial blood which is calculated by formula using determined in selected interval regression coefficients of logarithm values of light signals passing through biotissue with varying blood flow and measured for three wavelengths, and absorption coefficients of deoxyhemoglobin (Hb), oxyhemoglobin (O) and carboxyhemoglobin (CO).
