The automated estimation method for biological states based on fuzzy clasterization of measuring index data sets relates to information processing methods in the branch of health, biology, medicine, medical equipment and biotechnologies and can be used for analysis automation, checkup and estimation of organism states based on intellectual analysis of array data of biological, medical and other indices of organism states. Estimation of biological states with means of data analysis includes standard array data generation; standard array data processing and generation of message based cluster sets with calculation of their prototype vectors on the teaching stage, classification of unknown data prototype vectors by means of calculated prototypes on the stage of diagnostics; message based cluster set generation, classification of unknown data prototype vectors. The clusters are generated as multivariable hyperellipsoids, enough oriented as regard with coordinate axes built with an output data correlation matrix where concrete biological state is determined by peak value of attachment levels used as metrics. The technical result is efficiency upgrading and accuracy increase of estimation method for biological states.
