FLOWABLE, SELF-COMPATIBLE KÜNETTEN FILLING MATERIAL

A flowable, self-compacting Künettenfüllmaterial contains between 80 and 85% by weight of a mixture of crushed sand (granite) and crushed old concrete in the ratio between 1: 4 and 2: 1, between 1 and 8 mass% limestone flour with a grain size of at most 0.125 mm and between 9 and 15% by weight of water, with part of the water being recycled water from a concrete plant containing (slurried) solids having a grain size of at most 0.125 mm. This preferably factory-mixed Künettenfüllmaterial is flowable and does not harden with increasing its compressive strength, so at most (low) latent hydraulic properties.
