The recesses and/or projections are arranged in a region of a flow deflection (4) of the path. The recesses and/or projections are arranged in a region of a bend inner side of the flow deflection. The recesses and/or projections exhibit a height of 1 millimeter. A largest diameter of the recesses and/or projections is 3 millimeters, and a distance between the recesses or projections is about 3 millimeters.
