A device for opening a human bladder comprising: - an oblong member (1, 20, 54, 61) to open the urethral sphincter, said oblong member (1, 20, 54, 61) comprising means for draining fluid from the bladder, and - guide member (2, 52, 62) for manipulating the oblong member (1, 20, 54, 61) fixed to the oblong member (1, 20, 54, 61), wherein the guide member ( 2, 52, 62) in a first configuration is bent and the guide (2, 52, 62) member allows unfolding from said first configuration to a second characterized configuration because the guide member allows insertion of the oblong member (1, 20, 54, 61) in a urinary tract.
