Preparation for obtaining a mineralized substance restoration material, characterized in that it comprises: - an aqueous liquid part, - a solid part comprising between 70% and 99% by weight of dicalcium silicate and / or tricalcium silicate and between 1 and 30 % by weight of calcium carbonate CaCO3, these weight percentages being given in reference to all the constituents of the solid part, - of calcium chloride CaCl2 and of a water reducing agent, each contained in at least one of said parts, the solid part and the liquid part being designated to be mixed to obtain said material.
