Device for surgical operations of a rectal or hemorrhoidal prolapse, comprising a hollow dilator (17) with a predominant extension direction that extends along a longitudinal axis (Z) and that can be introduced into an anal opening along of said longitudinal axis according to an introduction direction, the dilator (17) including a window (29) defining an operation area that allows access from an internal cavity (17b) of the dilator (17) to a part of the prolapse, where it also comprises means for opening and closing (31) the window (29) to change said operative area, said means for opening and closing (31) the window (29) comprising a movable wall (32) coupled with freedom of sliding to the dilator, characterized in that the movable wall (32) can be moved from a closed position to an open position through a sliding movement of said movable wall along said axis l ongitudinal in the opposite direction to the direction of introduction (32).
