A lighting apparatusfor retrofitting an existing luminaireincludes a plurality of light emittingdiodes (LED) of similar or differingwavelengths arranged and configuredin at least one light bar array, a heatsink module thermally coupled to theat least one light bar array, an electronicpower module electrically coupledto the at least one light bar array,and a plate coupled to the atleast one light bar array, electronicpower module and the heat sinkmodule, the plate arranged and configuredfor coupling to the luminaireto provide quick and easy installationand replacement of the at least onelight bar array, heat sink module andelectronic power module into andfrom the luminaire.
