It is intended to provide a graphene sheet to be used in a technique whereby the risk of carbon nanotubes of affecting the human body can be avoided. That is, it is intended to provide a graphene sheet (10) for forming a large-sized carbon tube, etc. the intake of which into the human body can be inhibited. This graphene sheet (10) has a structure in which carbon atoms constituting 6-membered carbon rings are two-dimensionally bonded by SP2 hybrids with intervals between adjacent ones of 1.4 Ǻ, i.e., a graphene sheet which is similar to those proposed in carbon nanotubes. This graphene sheet (10) can be obtained by stripping the layered structure of natural graphite.
