BALANCE FOR WEIGHTING MOBILE RAILWAY UNITS IN MOVEMENT AND IN A STATIC POSITION USING A RAIL PLATE

The invention relates to weight measurement engineering and can be used for weighting mobile railway units, in particular railcars, in movement and in a static position. The technical result of the invention consists of the simplified structural design of a railway balance for weighting moving and static railcars, the modular structure of the balance, non-use of intermediate force transmitting elements from the balance structure, the ease setting and service of the balance and the improved weight accuracy. The inventive balance for weighting mobile railway units in movement and in a static position comprises a weighting controller, a computer and one or more rail plates, each of which is mounted on a ferro-concrete sleeper ШС-1 or on parts embedded into a reinforced-concrete base, which balance differs in that each rail plate is simultaneously used as a fastener for attaching a rail to a sleeper or to embedded part and as a weight measuring sensor.
