A device with a tilting bolt, and a lock system comprising a tilting bolt, mainly for sectional doors, wherein the device comprises a supporting structure (1-2) intended to be applied to a door (P), a tilting bolt (4) and a member (6) for blocking and unblocking the tilting bolt (4), the tilting bolt (4) is pivoted onto an axle (3) which is supported by the structure (1-2), is parallel to the door plane (P) and is perpendicular to the door displacement direction (D), and the blocking and unblocking member (6) is guided in the structure (1-2) for a displacement in a direction parallel to the door plane (P), at a short distance from this plane (P), and perpendicular to the door displacement direction (D), the blocking and unblocking member (6) being allowed to displace between a blocking position in which it interferes with the trajectory of the tilting bolt (4), thus blocking the displacement thereof, and an unblocking position in which it does not interfere with the trajectory of the tilting bolt (4), thus leaving free the displacement thereof.
