The viewing reservation or video recording reservation of a program to be broadcast is easily and conveniently performed, and so forth. A broadcast program reservation computer program allows a processing means to execute the following: (1) updating time information and holding the current time; (2) when receiving an instruction to download content information on a specific broadcast program from a program content distribution computer system, communicating with the program content distribution computer system and receiving the content information on the specific broadcast program; (3) judging whether or not information on a broadcast program is included in the content information on the received specific broadcast program and judging whether or not a received broadcast program display computer program for displaying a received broadcast program is stored; and (4) if judging in (3) that the information on the broadcast programs is included and judging in (3) that the received broadcast program display computer program is stored, storing the information on the broadcast programs of (3).
