Technique (A) constructs one or more types of voice files, a video file interlinked with the voice files, and a commentary and/or script file for the voice content into a database of a component pool system. The voice files are continuously or sectionally reproducible by preset reproduction section units, and have different characteristics of the property combination of one or more voice properties related to educational materials from among a reproducer property, a language property, a voice (reproducing) speed property, a voice type property, and a playing property for educational materials of the same educational subject or the same educational content. Technique (B) extracts relevant files from the database and provides the extracted files to a user terminal through a download system, or extracts relevant files from the database through an online (streaming) system and provides the extracted files to a user terminal, when a user selects languages, a recording (reproducing) speed, a voice type property and/or a play type property for each of one or more voice files having different voice properties to be reproduced into a bundle format in correspondence to the educational materials of the same educational subject or the same educational content, and constitutes one type of customized educational material set (130) not only from the selected voice files but also from the video file, the script file, and the commentary file and/or the background music file for voice content. Technique (C) interlinks constitution files of the customized educational material set by preset reproduction section units, and includes one or more educational functions from among a section reproduction, a continuous reproduction, a recursive reproduction, an automatic recursive section reproduction, an automatic recursive continuous section reproduction, a comparative reproduction, an automatic recursive comparative section reproduction, a recursive comparative continuous section reproduction, a user voice recording, a shadow recording, a user voice reproduction, a user voice comparative reproduction, a user voice recording and reproduction, a user voice recording and comparative reproduction, user voice for each part reproduction, content extraction, an extracted content reproduction, a multi-caption, a background music reproduction, a setting of a pause period between reproduction sections, a TV and movie interlinked reproduction, and/or a print book content interlinked reproduction.
