Clip device conformed in such a manner as to permit the rapid and unambiguous assembly of the fender of a bicycle to one or more support staffs. This is achieved through a clip device comprising a V-shaped channel for the insertion of the terminal end of a support staff in one or more branches of the V-shaped channel itself.
