The invention relates to a valve for a sanitary system and a multifunction device for a sanitary appliance comprising such a valve. This valve, allowing an extra washbasin to be installed in a sanitary system, comprises a first pipe (50) with a first inlet orifice (500) connected to a first tap (51). A second pipe (52) connected to the first pipe, effectively perpendicular to said first pipe at the point of connection, comprises a first outlet orifice (502); and a third pipe (53) with a second outlet orifice (503) is connected to a second tap (54). The third pipe connected to either the first or second pipe is mounted rotatably around the axis of the pipe (50) to which it is connected, in such a way that the third pipe can be oriented relative to the plane defined by the first and second pipes.
